Obituary of Réal Raymond Morin
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Réal Raymond Morin at the age of 64 on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Hospice Niagara. He was the loving father to Lina Morin (Scott) and Kayla Morin, devoted Papa to Karja and Hadley, cherished brother to Mike (Denise), Lillian Prezeau (Dan), Henri Bélee and longtime friend of 52 years who Réal loved like a brother, Louis Chalifoux (Julie). He will also be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He has been reunited with his parents Romeo (1966) and Fabiola (2004) and his brothers Jean-Guy (2009) and baby Rhéal.Ray was a very social, giving man. He had a contagious smile which allowed him to make friends wherever he went. He was a valued employee at Sacco Construction for 18 years. His passion was traveling. He had traveled all over Canada from coast to coast but his dream was to retire in the Yukon. A dream that was cut short. He was happiest being on the road exploring. He will be terribly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services. A time to come together and comfort one another has been set aside at Essenitals at 4300 Drummond Road, Niagara Falls on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 6:30 p.m to 8:30 p.m with an inurnment on the following day at 11:00 a.m at Fairview Cemetery 4501 Stanley Avenue, Niagara Falls. If desired, donations may be made to The Walker Family Cancer Centre and would be appreciated by his family.
