Obituary of Masato "Matt" Hosoya
Hosoya, Masato "Matt"Passed away peacefully on Monday, July 15, 2019, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 70. Matt is survived by his sister Toko and her family in Calgary, also by several nieces and nephews in Japan. He will be greatly missed by his best friends Wilfred Summers of Winnipeg, Brian Cavanagh of Niagara Falls, and by his many friends at the Niagara Casinos, where he worked for 15 years, retiring in 2014. A special thank you to Sheila, Stanka, the medical team at GNGH and at Oakwood Park Lodge, for proving years of care and support for Matt. Cremation has taken place. Matt will be returned to his family, and interred at home in Japan. Online condolences may be shared on Matt's tribute page found at EssentialsNiagara.com.
