ST. AMOUR, Lois

Surrounded by the love of her family, Lois passed away suddenly after a brief illness on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 82. Lois will be lovingly remembered by her by her daughters Joanne (Jeffrey) Anger, Susan St. Amour and Julie St. Amour. Proud Grandma of Carrie (Charlie) Longhurst, Gary Anger (Brittany Richards), Tim Anger and Drew St. Amour; and Great-Grandma of James, Quinton, Molly and Lily. Dear sister of Brian (Kathie) Doucet and Lisa Doucet. Lois will be missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Larry, her son Stephen, and her daughter Laura Bray. In her early years, Lois was a Registered Nurse at the Niagara Hospitals. After having her children, she retired from nursing to raise her family. As a mother, she was involved in every aspect of their youth and growing up. She made a home that is the gathering place for friends and family, which continues to this day with her great- grandchildren. A special thank you to the nurses of ward C, for their care and support in her final days. In accordance with Lois’ wishes, cremation has taken place. An open house will take place at her home, on Saturday, May 12, 2018, starting at 2p.m. All are welcome to come share memories and celebrate Lois’ life. Arrangements are entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Service
