Obituary of James (Jim) Holder
Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at the age of 69. Loving husband of 47 years to Catherine. Cherished father to Charles (Karen), Hailey (Brandon), the late Megan (2003) and the late Matthew. Proud grandfather to Rhys and Bennett. Dear brother-in-law to Dorothy Holder and Linda Johnson. Predeceased by his parents Helen and Matthew Holder; siblings David, Rick, Larry and Patricia; in-laws Margaret & David Adam, and brothers-in-law Alex, Jim, Herb and Bruce. Jim will be fondly missed by many nieces and nephews.Jim worked for twenty years at The Norton, after which he spent time working for the Parks Commission as a janitor at Whirlpool Golf Course.
In keeping with Jim's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private burial will be held at Fairview Cemetery in Niagara Falls. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Tender Wishes. Arrangements are entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-354-2133).
