Obituary of Jean Fabi

With sadden hearts we announce the passing of our beloved mother, sister, nana and friend. She passed away peacefully January 25th after a long battle with cancer. Family, Photography and Animals were such a huge part of her life. She loved any time spent in the barn from a young age and her Horses all held a special place in her heart. Jean had a great love of Nature and worked hard to create beautiful gardens full of colour that seemed to dance in the breeze. She loved feeding birds and could often be found sitting by her ponds either at the farm or cottage watching the birds with her dogs sleeping at her feet. That love of Nature could be easily be seen in the amazing photos she captured.

Forever remembered by her beloved children Rebecca (Kristopher) and Andrew (Colby), Her cherished grandchildren Kyle (Allison), Skyler (Hayden), Brenna, and Zander. Sister of the late Lorne (Judy), Leonard (Orelene), the late Larry (Vivian), Sharon (Barry) and Penny. Predeceased by her parents, Clifford, and Katherine Warner. Jean will be greatly missed by extended family and friends. A tremendous gratitude for Penny who has remained by Jean’s side sharing the ups and downs of the past few years. The family extends gratitude to her wonderful healthcare team. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral or memorial service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jean's memory can be made to The Welland Humane Society.
