In Loving Memory of

Earl Charles Vilneff

Obituary of Earl Charles Vilneff

In loving memory of Earl Charles Vilneff who was born on March 11, 1958 and passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 29, 2020.

Loving son of George and Mercelene Vilneff. Earl leaves behind his sister, Catharine (Michael) McNamara, his niece Jody (Sam) Castleman and their children: Brody, Emma, and Morgan. He will always be remembered by his good friends Janice, George and Jeannie, and Bruce and Joyce. He will be dearly missed by many close friends and his colleagues at Dunn Paper in Thorold.

Earl’s legacy leaves us remembering him for his love of cars, his talent as a craftsman and his unique eye for collections. There is comfort in knowing that he will be reunited with his dear mother and will rest where he requested to be at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

A private family gathering will be held at a later time. Arrangements are entrusted with Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-354-2133). In Earl’s honour, memorial donations given to the Canadian Mental Health Association, would be greatly appreciated by his family.

I am truly heartbroken at Earl’s sudden passing,he was always there to lend a hand if you asked and to poke a little fun who was a harder worker at the paper mill,Earl was one of the first guys I met at the mill 35 years ago and he was a friend ever since,I was lucky enough to have Earl allow me to store my car in his garage with all the American classics there was this one British car, he would dig me about that but he would admit grudgingly that he kind of liked my car,I will miss my friend greatly and I hope he is at peace

Thank you for all the good memories you shared with me. All the walks we went on, helping you in the garage.
