Obituary of Daniel "Tungo Noguera" Noguera Arriaga

Noguera Arriaga, Daniel Orlando "Tungo Noguera"
Peacefully surrounded by his loving family, Daniel passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Rosa Adela of 46 years. Loving and devoted father of Maria Daniela (Francisco) and Daniel Orlando (Veronica). Proud grandfather of Dana Patricia, Laura Patricia and Sebastian Ademir. Dear brother of Ricardo (Antonieta), Nora (Pancho), Yumar (Luis), and brother-in-law of Josefina, German, Betty, Antonio, Pedro and Luisa. He will be forever remembered by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends; especially by his long-time childhood best friend, Alberto "Pituso". Daniel has been reunited with his loving parents Ricardo and Lola, and by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Perucho and Luisa. Daniel was an Engineer, both professionally and by character. He was a "big builder" and a creator of human values, where he displayed an abundance of care, love and integrity in his everyday life. He always brought a smile to everyone and would brighten your day with a joke! Daniel and Rosa Adela moved to Canada in 2013 and proudly became a Canadian Citizen less than a year ago in September 2018. Moving from Venezuela, he came to Canada in his retirement, but it wasn't long until he found his passion as a bus driver for children with disabilities. Not only was this his part time job, but it became one of his greatest passions and a gift to his community. Daniel will be greatly missed by everyone and his smile will live on in our memories and hearts. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of the LHIN and the Greater Niagara General Hospital, for there care and support. Funeral arrangements are entrusted with Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-354-2133). Cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Thomas More Church, 6548 Dorchester Rd, Niagara Falls, on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 3:30pm. Memorial donations may be given to Heartland Forest or to SickKids Hospital in memory of Daniel. "Don't forget... El equipo gana".
