Obituary of Kathryn Anne Muller (née McConachie)

We are broken hearted to announce that on Wednesday March 22, 2023 Kathryn Anne Muller left us to be reunited with the love of her life, her husband Wulf Muller (2016). She took her final breath surrounded by her loving family at the NHS-Welland Site at the age of 75. She was a devoted mother to Kevin (Patti) and Susan (Nick), a cherished Oma and Nana to Darcy (Chantelle), Sarah (Kyle), Austin, Autumn (Damien), Nathan and Nicolas and a loving G.G to Kyrah, Sophia, Osiris and Odin. Kathryn will also be terribly missed by her brother Dave McConachie (Kim), dear friend Pam Huffman, many nieces, nephews, cousins and fur baby Tucker.

Kathyrn was born in Hagersville on April 13, 1947. She stayed home and cared for her family until later in life when she worked customer service at the Comfort Inn in Niagara Falls. She played for the Port Colborne Comets in the early 1970's. She was a fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Blue Jays. Kathyrn loved her family and spending anytime she could with them. She was outspoken and a bad car passenger but she had a heart gold. In her spare time she enjoyed playing euchre, Yahtzee and Tetris.
Her family wishes to extend their sincere thanks and gratitude to the staff at the NHS-Welland Site for all their care and compassion during this difficult time.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services. A Celebration of Kathryn's Life will be held at a later date. If desired, donations in Kathyrn's memory may be made to the Welland Hospital Auxiliary Dialysis Centre and would be appreciated by her family.
