Obituary of Mary Lou McNeil
Sept. 9, 1960 - Feb. 2, 2023After a long fought battle with breast cancer, Mary Lou passed peacefully with her family by her side. She is survived by her two daughters and her granddaughter, Courtney O'Donoghue, Chelsea O'Donoghue and Sophia; her parents, Doug and Mary McNeil; her sisters Arlene (Rob), Annette (Gerry), Sharon (Don), Cathy (Frank), Colleen (Scott), sister-in-law Terry and many nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Doug McNeil and her ex-husband Fred O'Donoghue. Cremation has taken place, with a private family gathering at a later date. Donations to the Walker Family Cancer Centre would be appreciated. Arrangements are entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services.

So sorry to hear about MaryLou’s passing. My deepest sympathy to Mary and Doug and all the McNeil’s, Having spent most of my childhood in and out of the McNeil household , there are so many fond memories of us all growing up. Heaven has gained an angel.

My ‘partner in crime’ every friday and saturday night working together for amost 20 years, Marylou always had a gentle nature and beautiful soul. I will remember her fondly and often. My thoughts and prayers are with Courtney, Chelsea and Sophia and the rest of her family.
