There was a boy within those eyes
With a very mischievous way
A quick whit to make us laugh
The things that you would say!
A wiggle of the eyebrows
When you thought you were in trouble
Shrugging of your shoulders
And then a little chuckle!
Your sense of humour did not cease
Even on a difficult day
You continued to be feisty
Even as you slipped away
With no more pain to endure
Or frustration for what was lost
It’s our wish that you may find your peace
Dear Dad, you are safe, now you’ve crossed.

I actually never met Mac nor Kathy. I have only talked with Kathy on the phone and text Nd email. I know of Kathy and Mac because I too am in Florida. But I got to see what fine carpentry work Max does and he was very very good at that trade -making spaces nice for people and loved ones.
He and Kathy both are fine human beings and are loved by many.

I always knew that Mac really liked me. Every time I called the house saying ” Hi it’s Marilyn” – his first words were always “whadda you want” I’ll miss your sense of humour, and, I know John would too.
Dear Kath, stay strong. You have a wonderful, loving and caring family around you.
