Obituary of Violet Annie Atkinson
It is with deep sorrow that the family of Violet Atkinson of Fort Erie, ON announce her recent passing on February 7, 2022 surrounded by family.Violet was the loving wife of Roy for 67 years and will be dearly missed by her children, Kathy (Joe) Casale, Nancy (Glenn) Ivall, Joyce (George) Rushton, Roy, Rick (Susan), and Randy (Carole), 16 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
Violet's loved ones will always remember time spent playing Euchre, going for picnics and bike rides, and family events.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations directed to the Walker Family Cancer Centre in honour of Violet's long-fought battle with cancer.
Special thank you to Roy Jr. for caring for Mom & Dad, allowing them to live out their last years in comfort at home.
