Obituary of Victor “Bidou” Taillefer
Passed away peacefully at the Salvation Army The Eventide Home on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at the age of 86. Survived by his children Louise, Lise (Steve), Andre (Denise), Michel (Sue), Cheryl (Dale), Victor Junior (Diane), Christine (Ernie), and his stepdaughter Kara Vakiparta (Glyn). He will be missed by eleven grandchildren, two step grand kids, many great grandchildren, and also by many nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by his buddies Jordan and Joshua. He is survived by one brother. Victor is predeceased by his wife Dorothy Taillefer (nee Fontaine), his parents Thaddee and Roseanna Taillefer, also by eight brothers and one sister.Victor was a businessman in Sudbury for many years. Arrangements have been entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-354-2133). In keeping with his wishes there will be no funeral service and cremation has taken place.
