Obituary of Trevor Cameron
After a determined and courageous fight with cancer, Trevor peacefully passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 52. He has been reunited with his mother Jeanette. Trevor was survived by his father, William Cameron of Hamilton, and by his siblings, Tracy (Kevin), Troy, and Trina. He will be missed by his Aunt Helen (Dave) Traine, nephew Tyson, niece Ashlea, and her children Lucassi and Jacob, by his friends; Bob DeRosa, John DeRosa, Michelle Sherry as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins back home in Ireland.We will remember Trevor as a man who had the ability to build anything. He worked most of his life in construction and was often a happy-go-lucky type of guy. He enjoyed his life the most when he was around his friends and family, especially enjoying a cold one.
A special thank you to Bob and John for taking care of Trevor for many years and for being like his family. We would also like to thank the St. Catharines Hospital for their support in his final days.
Arrangements have been entrusted with Essentials Cremation and Burial Services. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 6-8pm at Essentials, 4300 Drummond Road, Niagara Falls. Cremation to follow. A celebration of Trevor's life will be held at Taco Embassy, 22 Academy Street, St. Catharines, on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 5:30pm to 10pm. Memorial donations may be given to the Canadian Cancer Society.

They say when a Cardinal appears spirit is near, could it be, is it true, was this you?
You did not go gentle into that good night
You raged, raged against the dying of the light
Time, precious beautiful time, Even though you had so little you shared your time, your words, your thoughts. Thank you for being my friend Trevor, my life has been enriched by the sheer determination of your spirit.
I will miss you dearly.
