Obituary of Stacey Vant
It is with great sadness that the family of Stacey Vant announce his sudden passing on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at Hamilton General Hospital. Stacey was born on July 21,1968. Beloved son of the late Steve Vant (2000) and Donna Vant (2017). Stacey will be infinitely missed by his two children, Ryan and Brooke, as well as their mother Brandi. He will be lovingly remembered by his siblings Jamie, Ray, Shawn, Shari, and Jason (Kandy). Uncle Stacey will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews: Christopher, Amanda, Samantha (Dave), Kamrin, Keith (Shian), Julia (Ryan), Eric, Mitchell, Dylan, and great nephews, Crosby and Carter, and by his great niece, Cadence. Predeceased by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Stacey had a longtime close group of friends, like brothers, who will miss him extensively and feel his loss terribly, as well as many other friends and colleagues. He’ll also be lovingly remembered by Andrea.Stacey loved playing golf, pool and spending time with his children, family and friends any chance he could get. His infectious smile, laughter and cherished memories will forever be remembered by those who knew him. Big Daddy loved everyone. Cremation has taken place, and an intimate service for immediate family will be held. A Celebration of Stacey’s Life will be held, for all extended family and friends, to be announced at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-354-2133). Donations in memory of Stacey, may be given towards an Education Fund for Ryan and Brooke Vant. Cheques can be sent (or cash dropped off to) Essentials Cremation and Burial Services; 102A-4300 Drummond Road, Niagara Falls, Ontario, L2E 6C3. A card and the donation will be given to the family. An opportunity to give memorial donations can also take place at Stacey's Celebration of Life, held at a later date.

shocked and saddened by the news. He was a wonderful guy who had the best laugh. He always had a smile on his face. He was always talking about his children with such pride. God always takes the good ones too soon. I will miss you and our talks Stacey. God rest your soul.
How can we put into words the impact that Stacey had on our lives? He was thoughtful & generous with his time. Always willing to lend a hand. Always willing to listen. A perfect coworker. We shared many a laugh over the years working together. A friend to everyone he met. We will always remember him & his infectious smile. He was a real cutie.

Stacey was a care free fun loving man who always had a smile on his face. Even as co workers he always made me laugh and it was always enjoyable and a pleasure working beside him.
