Obituary of Sharon Ann Robertson (nee Wright)
Sharon Ann Robertson (nee Wright)Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on October 25, 2021 at the age of 78. Loving wife to Al Robertson and mother of Cheryl (Ken) Farrington, Bonnie (Ted) McIntosh and Brenda (Scott) Leeson. Grandmother to Jennifer, Ryan (Kate Heldman), Griffin Farrington, Christopher (Rebecca Swindall), Madison (Tuan Nguyen) McIntosh, Matthew (Jamie Tomlin), Sarah (Alex Noell) Leeson and great grandmother to Elliot Farrington. She is survived by her in-laws Ted (Marilyn) Robertson, Bill (Denise) Robertson, Don (Darlene) Robertson, Liz (Rick) Gillies, her sister in-law Barb Wright and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Robert and Marcella Wright. Her mother and father in law James and Alice Robertson. Her brothers Tom and Stu (Donna) Wright. Her sisters Doris (Milt) Carman and Catharine (Ron) Herman. As well as brother in law Bruce Robertson.
Sharon enjoyed playing many sports including baseball, bowling, volleyball, golf and fishing. She was an avid knitter, painter and enjoyed doing crafts as well as playing board games and cards.
A special thank you to the Wednesday golf girls for lots of fun and memories. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses in the I.C.U at the Greater Niagara General Hospital.
As per Sharon's wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-354-2133). A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association (C.O.P.D),this would be greatly appreciated by the family. So sorry to read of Sharons passing, We were in public school, and high school together. We danced together in The Lundys Lane Dance Group. May she rest In Peace, But always remember the Joy of Dancing with the group.

So sorry for your loss A sweet Lady always had that smile every time we would meet we would laugh for just a moment but it was always so fun and that moment would last for ever it seemed.
I am so incredibly sorry for your family’s loss! I have so many wonderful memories of being at the Robertson household and Sharon being a second Mom to me in my teenage years! My sincerest heartfelt condolences at this most difficult time to you all.
