Obituary of Sandra Low Pereira

With heavy hearts and deep sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Sandra, on July 21, 2022, in Niagara Falls at the young age of 62 years. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Joe and cherished son Alex.

Sandra will be profoundly missed by her sisters Brenda Falkner, Debbie Low, and Lisa Low who were at her side when she passed peacefully. Brothers-in-law Al, Steve and Jay will miss her sense of humour. Beloved Aunt to Jessica, Jaime, Justin, Emilie, Kate, Alyssa, Maia and Julia; cousins Theodore and Lori; and niece to Thérèse. Sandra was pre-deceased by her parents Albert and Theresa Low and sister Judi Lee-Craddock.

Sandra spent most of her life in Toronto where she was a main stay in the west-end neighborhood at Dufferin & College living in the home she shared with Joe and Alex, and parents-in-law Jose and Leonor. Aunt Adelaide lived nearby and helped Sandra with her cooking skills.

The family moved to Niagara Falls in 2018 where Sandra was able to pursue her passion for gardening and grew flowers and vegetables in their backyard garden. Family members never went home empty handed. From a young age, Sandra was very creative and enjoyed drawing pictures of animals, and later in life mastered the art of crocheting making hand-made blankets for everyone she cared about.

Sandra will remain forever in our hearts.
