Obituary of Rocco Louis Greg Gobbi

With immense sadness we announce the passing of Rocco Louis Greg Gobbi at Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton on June 17, 2023 at the young age of 32. He has been reunited with his Nanny Lorena Gobbi, Grandma Dawne Bozzato and Auntie JoJo Ravenda. He leaves behind many who loved him; his devoted parents Greg Gobbi (Karrie) and Karen Bozzato, cherished older sister Carla Lily, younger siblings Aryana, Luca, Kyra and Garrett, adored Papa Louis Gobbi and Grandpa Gary Bozzato, his loving Aunts Sharri Douglas (Ted) and April Gregory (Stuart), close cousins Zachary and Holly Jane, Tessa, Quin, Lindsy, Brett and Franceso, his confidant Matt Russell and dear extended family and friends he grew up with.

Rocco was both a graduate of Notre Dame College School and Niagara College, with a Law and Security Administration Diploma, allowing him to provide security to many organizations across the Niagara Region. When Rocco wasn't working out and lifting weights, you could find him Up North on the lake or just enjoying music, singing along. He had an incredible sense of humour, with a knack for telling the best stories. He was very talented at doing impersonations and had a passion for comedy. He loved his hat collection and good food, especially Italian. The protective, big hearted and quick-witted Rocco will be terribly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services Welland. A celebration of Rocco's life will be held at a later date.
