Obituary of Raffaele "Ralph" John Marino

Born on February 10th, 1959, and he has left us to join his predeceased parents, Frank Marino and Leda Marino, and sister Anna Marino, on Thursday, November 16, 2023. He is survived by his brothers, Giovanni "John" Marino and Robert Marino, as well as his Aunt Enza Tucci. Ralph leaves behind a multitude of cousins in Fort Erie and Montreal, too numerous to name individually. His Brother John was always there for Ralph whenever he was needed, providing unwavering support, love and companionship. Ralph also became a cherished member of the Barker family for many years and he shared countless memorable moments with Marg (Bob) and family at the cottage. He spent many holidays alongside Jennifer (Jeff) and her family, creating lasting bonds and beautiful memories.

Ralph was a man who cherished music, with a special love for Elvis, Country and Western, and Christmas melodies. His passion for these tunes brought joy to all that heard him sing. He was kindhearted, loving and had the best sense of humour. Ralph loved to make people laugh! He was genuine and always had the best intentions at heart. He simply just wanted people to be happy! Our families will forever remember him and the love he brought into our lives.

We wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Maple Park Lodge for their wonderful care and support over the past six years. Ralph was supported by Community Living- Fort Erie for over fifty years and the family wishes to extend their gratitude to all their staff for their care and compassion.

In accordance to his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private service will be held in future to honour Ralphs memory and celebrate his life! In lieu of flowers his family kindly requests that all donations be directed to Community Living - Fort Erie. Ralph was loved by many friends and staff members of this organization and his memory will live on through the positive impact he made on so many lives.
