Peter was a truly personable individual, known for his ability to connect with others and leave a lasting impact. Whether in the company of family, friends, or strangers, Peter’s kindness, joking nature and genuine interest in people made him unforgettable. His laughter and presence brightened every room, and his generosity knew no bounds. Through the 60’s and 70’s, as his youngest brother I watched and gained much inspiration from his accolades, his ambitions and his pursuits, because they were indeed unique. Never will I forget that rust bucket of a Ford Mustang that he somehow managed to acquire at 17, which Dad would not allow to be parked on the driveway. My favourite lasting memory was of the early 70’s, enjoying a late-night pizza from Riverside and watching the latest “Dirty Harry” Flick, to be followed at 3AM with the late-late-late Movie, another Clint Eastwood Western. Rest peacefully Brother. I am saddened to learn of your passing. Trust these last 20 years with Sue and living in Niagara Falls were equally memorable and pleasing for you. I trust you have rejoined our parents and your friends in a much better place. Thanks for the Laughs. Steven (in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia)
