Obituary of Pete Joudrey

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Pete Joudrey on September 18, 2023, surrounded by his loving family, at the age 81. Pete is now reunited with his beloved late wife Earlene. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories, surviving in the hearts of his devoted children, Nicole and Brent. Cherished Papa to his grandchildren Katrina, Riker, Randy, Chandra and the late Colin. Pete was also a proud Great-Papa to Izaiyah. He will be lovingly remembered by his good friends Chuck, Judy and Rhonda.

Pete was a hardworking truck driver throughout his career, always going above and beyond to provide for his family. When he wasn't on the road, Pete enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He was an avid fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Blue Jays, often seen cheering them on with an ice-cold beer in hand. His love for a cold brew earned him the affectionate nickname "Six Pack" among his friends and family. Behind his tough exterior was a big-hearted, gentle soul. Pete was a true teddy bear, always there with a warm smile and a kind word for those who knew him. He was a loving father, a doting grandfather, and a genuinely good man. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. If desired, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
