Obituary of Nancy Kuik
Kuik, Nancy Ann (nee Tees) Went peacefully with the sunrise on Saturday, August 3, 2019. She was with her loving husband, mother, brothers, and children. Her sense of humour had us smiling even in the hardest of times, and her courage was an inspiration. We can find comfort now knowing her pain is gone and she is rejoicing with her Heavenly Father, reunited with her beloved dad, Frank Tees and daughter, Hannah. We would like to thank the incredible staff at the Walker Family Cancer Center and the Douglas Memorial Hospital Palliative Care Unit for their tremendous help, and to our friends and family for their support and prayers. Arrangements are entrusted with Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-354-2133). At Nancy’s request, cremation has taken place and there will be a very informal Celebration of Life August 17, 2019, at the Fort Erie First Baptist Church, 165 Bertie Street, Fort Erie. Visiting will begin at 11:30 a.m., followed by a service at 12:00 p.m. and a reception. Memorial donations may be directed to the Douglas Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. I miss you mommy. No one listened to your wishes and I am sorry.
You said you wanted donations to your children and that didn’t happen.
You wanted your own stone and you didn’t get that eaither. It hurts how no one did what you wanted and that your own children weren’t mentioned as much. Also i have no idea who (nee tees) is.
I still do not have peace about your passing and it’s been 4 years

Vaughn & family. Please accept our deeply felt condolences for the loss of your dearly loved one. May God richly bless you at this difficult time.
Vaughn, I was so sorry to hear this sad news! I know that Nancy fought a great fight, tried so hard to stay here at your side. You weren’t together nearly as long as you should have been, but I hope the love you shared in that time will carry you through the sadness and tears. Her love for you will always surround you and give you comfort.
Nancy was my best friend for 7 years and we met working as personal support workers. We always laughed so much together but were serious when our patients needed us. I met Nancys family and am blessed to have been so close to her as she started her journey ‘home’. My life is forever changed without her but I know her spirit is near. See you when I get there Nance. Xo
