Obituary of Michel Joseph René Donaldson

Michel Joseph René Donaldson, born June 19, 1956, peacefully passed away in the hospital on August 5, 2024. Michel, known fondly as Mike, was predeceased by his parents, Marcel and Thérèse Donaldson.

Mike is lovingly remembered by his wife of 44 years, Sandra. He is survived by his children, Tina, Theresa, and Tamara (Doran), along with four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He also leaves behind his siblings Danielle (Dennis), France (Dan), Doris, and Mario, as well as many cousins and extended family in Quebec and Ontario.

Mike had a passion for fishing, often spending cherished moments with his brother-in-law. He also enjoyed collecting model cars throughout the years. His vibrant spirit and love for his hobbies will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

In keeping with Mike's wishes, cremation has taken place and arrangements are entrusted with Essentials Cremation and Burial Services.A celebration of Mike's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of Canada.
