Obituary of Matthew “Matty” John McBride
Passed away suddenly on March 24, 2023 at the young age of 42. Beloved husband of Shawna, Matt was her world. Proud Father of his precious baby boy Hunter. He will be greatly missed by his parents Lorraine and John, brothers Andrew and Michael, many aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. All of whom will remember him for his go-getter attitude, his generous spirit and infectious laughter. Matt achieved many things in his life but was most proud of obtaining his masters electrician licence. He built a successful electrical company, McBride & Timmers with his best friend Tyler (Steph). Matt had a gift and was loved by many. Arrangements are entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services. A Celebration of Life will be held at Club Capri, 36 Cleveland St., Thorold, on Saturday April 15, 2023 from 1 - 4p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to ARID Recovery Homes in Matt’s honour.
