Obituary of Marlin Kim Cochrane
Sadly, we announce the passing of Marlin at the Greater Niagara General Hospital in his 65th year, after a long battle with emphysema. Left to mourn his loss are his step sons John Honsberger (Elizabeth) and James Honsberger whom Marlin raised as his own children, his brothers, Manly and Macca Cochrane as well as his sister Mala Brown, his niece "Bedbug" Virginia (Nick) and nephew Manly (Heather)Marlin was greeted in Heaven by his wife and soul mate Lynn Honsberger, his parents Virginia Moon and William (Bill) Cochrane, his brothers: Marky, Myles and Matthew.
Marlin was born in St. John, New Brunswick but grew up in Thorold and stayed local all his life. He enjoyed watching westerns and writing. Marlin was a smart man and loved any kind of trivia. He will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
In keeping with Marlin's wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905 354 2133)
