Marianne MacNeil

Obituary of Marianne MacNeil
A resilient soul, fought a courageous battle with cancer and peacefully passed away at the age of 61. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Donald, in 1999. Marianne will be forever remembered as an adored mother to her children, Doug and Courtney, as well as her cherished fur baby, Loki. She is survived by her sister, Pearl Ward, and her daughters, Sarah and Brenda. Marianne's memory will also be treasured by her Aunt Anna, along with numerous extended family members and friends whose lives she touched. Marianne had a passion for reading, enjoyed her favorite TV shows, and was an avid Toronto Blue Jays and Bon Jovi fan. She found solace in going for walks, particularly at Dufferin Islands. Her love for these simple pleasures made her spirit shine brightly. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all of Marianne's work family at Chippawa Creek - Bella Centre, as well as her family members and friends who provided unwavering support during her illness. Cremation has taken place, and in lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the Walker Family Cancer Center or the Niagara SPCA in Marianne's honor.Service Information
