Obituary of Maralyn Grace Irwin (Thomas)
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Maralyn Irwin (nee Thomas) at Valley Park Lodge in Niagara Falls on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at the age of 87, surrounded by the love of her family. Maralyn leaves behind her daughters, Marjorie (Stan), Susan (Gary), and Sally (Gerry) and is reunited with her son Thomas (2010) and husband Lloyd (1997). She was a proud Grandma to 8 and Great Grandma to 9.Maralyn was an devoted wife to her husband Lloyd and an adoring mother to her children. She was always there when you needed her but also knew her boundaries
and was able to let her children learn on their own. Maralyn had a way with people. She was a fun loving lady who enjoyed having coffee chats with friends and loved playing Euchre. We will all miss her wittiness and special smile. The family would like to send a sincere thank you to the staff at Valley Park Lodge for their care and compassion.
A private family funeral service will be held in honour of Maralyn. Arrangements have been entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905) 354 2133.
