THOMAS, Kenneth EwartJune 17, 1935 - November 13, 2019
Passed away peacefully after a brief illness at Hamilton General Hospital. Predeceased by his first wife, Anne and wife of 53 years, Jean. Also, predeceased by his son, Mark (Tammy). Beloved father to Laura Potalivo (Michael), Paul (Lori), Susan Thomas-Clapp (Jeff), Timothy, Lisa Korzan (Rick). Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather.
Ken had been retired for a number of years from General Motors of Canada. He was an avid lover of all animals and took enjoyment in tinkering around the house.
Sincere appreciation to the doctors and nurses who looked after Kenneth while he was at GNGH Emergency, Intensive Care Unit, and the Cardiac Care Unit at Hamilton General Hospital.
Arrangements are entrusted with Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-354-2133). As per Kenneth's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held in the near future. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Humane Society would be appreciated.
