Obituary of Kenneth Holloway

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Kenneth on May 2, 2023, at the age of 77. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Samantha Donovan-Holloway, and his cherished children Danielle, Shannon, Spencer, Taylor, and Mitchell. Ken was predeceased by his daughter Michelle (1999). He will also be remembered by his grandchildren Nicholas, Isabella, Molly, and Evie, and his great-grandson, Matteo. Kenneth will be deeply missed by his surviving siblings, many nieces, and nephews.

Kenneth was a man who loved life and had a passion for both hockey and cooking. In the kitchen, he was always experimenting with new recipes and was excited to try new dishes. Despite facing numerous challenges in his life, Kenneth always kept a positive outlook and a hopeful spirit. He was a kind and caring person who brought joy to those around him. We take comfort knowing he is finally at rest after enduring various medical issues. Kenneth will be forever loved and missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Unit C, head nurse Michelle, and the staff at the Greater Niagara General Hospital for their excellent care and support during this difficult time.

In keeping with Kenneth's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. If desired, donations made to Diabetes Canada in Kenneth's memory would be appreciated.
