Ken Page

1944 - 2021

Obituary of Ken Page

Ken Page

Ken passed away peacefully with family in his heart and God by his side on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Valley Park Lodge at the age of 77. Father to Elizabeth Page (Scott), Matthew Page (Sandy), and Mitchell Page (Jazlynn). Husband to Nelli Page (nee Denddecker) and. Former husband to Renea Wilkins. Loving brother to Don Page (the late Elsa (nee Peterson)) and Wayne Page (Julia (nee VanAlstine)). Missed grandfather of Shiann D’Abramo (Aaron), Lea Page, Ben Page, and Jordyn Deline.

Ken was born to his late parents Maurice and Elizabeth (nee Behr) on January 11, 1944 in St. Catharines. He was loved by many people in his lifetime and enjoyed talking to everyone. One of his main careers was as a Missionary in Papua New Guinea which his children have many happy memories of. He proudly shared God’s word everywhere he went. He also worked as a Preacher for the Church of Christ, a line worker for Guelph Products and a taxi driver for Central Taxi. He took pride in all his jobs and touched many people he met during his working career.

Ken loved telling dad jokes and loved cheering people up. He also liked to tell people he was 5”18 because it sounded less imposing than saying he was 6”6. He was a kind and generous man that was willing to help anyone that needed a hand. He was adventurous, traveling the world numerous times for his job, and lived his life fearlessly.

The family would like to send sincere thanks to Valley Park Lodge and March of Dimes for the care and compassion they provided. Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-354-2133) has been entrusted with arrangements. Donations to the March of Dimes would be greatly appreciated and online condolences can be shared to Ken’s tribute page at EssentialsNiagara.com.
