Miss Ryan was my Phys Ed teacher at Princess Margaret. Tough and very fair. One of, if not the best teachers I ever had. After my university yrs away, I returned to Niagara and she played on my ball teams for years. She remained a friend and mentor throughout my teaching career and beyond. Truly heartbreaking 💔 to hear of this tragedy. RIP Miss Ryan; you will never ever be forgotten. Condolences to her family and friends
Ms. Ryan was my teacher at James Morden, she really cared about her students and was a great role model. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends.
Rest In Peace Liz
You will be remembered lovingly as your life entwined with many more than just your student. Liz embraced her Harley with so much passion and enthusiasm it spilled over to the Divas and the girls she remained in touch with . She loved her dogs OB and Jack. She was a fiercely good friend who helped and felt deeply for the people she cared about. Liz, you left me with a CD to play for you “one last time “
I’m so very sorry it never happened….

Liz(Miss Ryan) was my grade 7 and 8 gym and English teacher. She was a good teacher and I probably wouldn’t have gotten into sports if not for her. A group of us would stay after school to listen to the Beatles and play cards. Those were 2 great years of school. To her family, I’m so very sorry to hear of her sudden passing. It’s so unfair. Hoping she has left you with many great memories to reflect upon.
Please accept our deepest condolences on the recent passing of our colleague Liz. She touched the lives of many young people in our city and she is remembered with fondness. Sincerely RTO/ERO Retired Teachers of Ontario
She was one of the best teachers that my daughters ever had. She was tough when needed, but only because she cared about her students. What a wonderful person, and a very tragic loss. So sorry for your loss.
I am deeply shocked and saddened by the tragic death of Liz. I taught with her at James Morden school for several years. She was a dedicated, hard working teacher and a good colleague. We shared many a laugh after school. I am so sorry for your loss.
