Obituary of Kathleen Evelyn Lambert

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kathleen Evelyn Lambert (nee Morabito) at the Marotta Family Hospital (St. Catharines General Hospital) on Saturday December 6, 2025 at the age of 76. Kathleen was born on July 7, 1949, in Welland Ontario.

Predeceased by her husband Normand, parents Sandy and Kathleen and brother Timothy.

She was the cherished mother of Tina, Cheryl (Tim), Amanda (Shawn), and Kerri-Ann. Loving grandmother and great grandmother, aka GG, to many. She is also survived by her siblings Jackie (Mike), Sandy (Denise), Jeff, Patrick and Susie. She will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and cherished friends.

Kathleen had a passion for camping, quilting, knitting, and card making, hobbies through which she shared her creativity and warmth with those around her. She retired from Scotia Bank, where she spent most of her working life and built lasting friendships.

A heartfelt thank you goes to all the doctors, nurses, and staff at St. Catharines Hospital for their outstanding care.

In keeping with Kathleen's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life open house will be held at Welland Community Centre, 145 Lincoln Street, on Sunday December 21, 2025 from 1pm - 3pm.
