Obituary of James Daniel Young
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of James Daniel Young, who left us on October 8th, 2024 at 69 years old after a five year battle with cancer. He is survived and missed by his wife Irene; his children Brandie, James and Ashley. James also leaves behind his sisters Norma Diltz and Sandy Lyons along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.James was an avid history enthusiast. His love for military history was central for his character. James will be remembered for his infectious humor and zest for life. His laughter brightened the lives of those around him, even in the toughest of times. He was a man of fierce determination in all things in life and was always busy working on several projects; trying to make our lives better.
James approached life with enthusiasm; wheather spending time outdoors, working in his garden or sharing laughs with friends he embraced every moment with joy. His courage in his fight against cancer reflected the strength and determination that defined him throughout his life.
He will be deeply missed and remembered by all whose lives he touched.
