Obituary of Irene Clark (née McArthur) 

Passed away peacefully on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Linhaven Home, in her 95th year.  Beloved wife of Gordon Clark. Loving mother of Beverlee (Rob) McVeigh and Debra (Steve) Thomson. Dear grandmother of Brian (Shannon), Cheryl (Eric) and David. Great-grandmother to little Kira.  Irene will be remembered as a quiet and gentle lady.  She enjoyed a long career with The Hudson’s Bay Company in Toronto but embraced retirement and a move to Niagara Falls where she was able to spend more time on the golf course and enjoy her hobbies of knitting, sewing and reading as well as the chance to take up painting and woodwork  Our family has wonderful memories that span the many decades of Irene's lifetime.  A special thank you to the staff at Linhaven for their comforting care and support. In accordance with Irene's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private celebration of life will be held when conditions allow.  Always in our hearts, Mom.  We will never forget you.
