It is with very heavy hearts that we have to say goodbye to an amazing man who left us too soon on Friday, July 22, 2022. He leaves behind his Queen, Ruth, his step-children Vincent and Cierra and fur baby Gypsy. Loving son-in-law to Mary Bilotta. He will be dearly missed by his friends who became his family.Harvey touched many lives driving a school bus for over 15 years and he will be greatly missed by his “children”. Harvey had many passions which included fishing and being a member of the Lions Club of Niagara Falls
In accordance with Harvey’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral. Arrangements are entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905) 354-2133. Memorial donations may be made to the Tender Wishes Foundation.

Dear Ruth,
I offer my sympathies to you in the loss of Lion Harvey. He was a good Lion and worked for the good of the community, often in ways that went unrecognized. I will miss him.

Uncle Harvey was an amazing man. He loved us all. I will always remember our special day we spent just the two of us at the pen. I wish you could have met Oliver before you had to leave us but know that all 3 of my kids will always know who you were and how much you ment to us all. Please say hi to Nana for me. We love you lots. Good bye Uncle Harvey till we meet again.
Steve and I are so sorry to hear about Harvey. We enjoyed meeting him at Laura’s wedding. He was such a nice man. We will keep you in our prayers. May Harvey rest in God’s peace and may God comfort you and your family.

Heather & I are so sorry for your loss. We met Harvey on my first year driving for First Student. I valued his friendship extremely high. This news shocked me like you wouldn’t believe.
