J decided to search for Gloria today and sadly came upon her obituary. I’ve met Gloria fresh out of nursing school when I was 18 (46 yrs ago) in Hanover and she took me under her wing. My husband and I would regularly visit her and Bert for coffee. They were a big part of our lives until we moved west. We stayed in touch for a while then lost track. Gloria was a big part of my life and I loved her dearly. My sympathies to both her daughters and on the loss of Teddy. ❤️
Hello Aunt Gloria. It is your “angel” (niece, Fred’s daughter) as I was referred to the last we spoke when Uncle Bill passed away. Atlas, I come across your obituary. I have been searching for so long for any mention of your well-being and am so thankful I’ve come across your lovely obit. How I wish I could have met with you before your passing. The Christmas card I had sent came back and I just felt so bewildered because I felt in my heart you are still with us. And I was right. You had passed after.. Such incredible resilience, I truly admire you and always will. Your voice and wisdom is all so powerful. You are an angel now with Uncle Bert. I love you both. ~ Niece Debbie
