It is very sad to read of Geoffs passing in 2023, and our thoughts go out to Geoff and Betty’s families.
Geoff was a childhood friend of my dad, Brian Wilson, and best man at his wedding to my mum, Marjorie, at Rufford Parish Church on September 7th 1957. I remember Geoff and Betty visiting my mum and dad many times on their holidays in the UK.
I last spoke with Betty when my dad passed away in August 2018. We sent Christmas cards and letters for a few years afterwards. A lovely man, may he rest in peace.
Iain & Jayne Wilson.
