Obituary of Gary “Mooch” Brandle

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of an amazing man on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at the young age of 77. Beloved husband and best friend of Josie for over 58 years. Much loved Dad to Jennifer (Wally) and Sherry (Leigh). Cherished Papa to Jessica, Jaden, Tyler and Kyah. He will be dearly missed by his siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family members and the many friends he made along the way.

Gary was fondly remembered as the “Park Mooch” where for 40 years he spent every summer at Knight’s Beach Campground. He had a love for Fishing and Archery, winning tournaments across the Country as one of Canada’s Best Archers. He spent his retired years being a helping hand to so many friends, building decks and any projects he could assist and be a part of.

In accordance with Gary’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of his Life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
