Cherished Papa to his grandchildren: Jeff (Jenny), Ted (Jess), Katie (Blake), and Stephanie (Jordie); and great-grandchildren Maggie, Oscar, and Amelia. Much loved brother to Jeanette. Ed will also be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his siblings, Tadeusz, Wanda, Kazmier and Ted.Ed worked as an Auto Mechanic, dedicating his skills and expertise to Jantzi Motors, Edgeford Motors, and Farr Learn Motors throughout his career. In his retirement years, Ed and Pat enjoyed their annual vacations to Florida. Ed's passion for sports was evident in his dedicated support for the Blue Jays and the Buffalo Bills. Fond memories of his youth included his involvement in Junior Hockey, where he proudly played for the Dunnville Mudcats. Above all else, Ed's family was the most important thing to him. So sorry for your loss. My late father, Zoli Csikos and Ed were good friends. I often saw them together when I would visit my dad at Jantzi Motors or Farr Learn Motors. Ed would also often visit us at our back yard garage on Waltz street in Welland. As I remember my father regarded him as a solid guy.
