Obituary of Doreen Mae Blake
At the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, on Friday, January 22, 2021, in her 79th year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Blake. Loved mother of Saundra Blake & Graham Blake (Denise). Cherished Grandmother of Mathieu (Sylvain), Ryan (Alica), Kyle (Santanna), Kristopher (Kayla), Scott (Ashley), Stephanie (Nik) and Korey. Much loved “GG” to Emmet, Owen and Delilah. Dear sister of Dennis Ryan (Diane) and the late Kathleen Beck. She will be missed by nieces, nephews and friends. Arrangements have been entrusted with Essentials Cremation and Burial Services. Cremation has taken place and a family gathering and a celebration of Doreen's life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations given to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by Doreen's family. I am sorry to hear about Doreen’s passing. I always looked forward to seeing her at the Monday Comfort Quilts sessions and have thought of her often over the last year. My sympathies to her family.

Doreen was a special member of our family. We have known her for over 40 years and enjoyed her at most staff Xmas and after tax celebrations. Our thoughts are with all of the family .
