In Loving Memory of
Dolores (Dee Dee) Armstrong
1967 - 2023
Obituary of Dolores (Dee Dee) Armstrong
June 12th, 1967 - October 31st, 2023It is with a very deep sadness in my heart that I announce the passing of our mother, Dolores (Dee Dee) Armstrong, on Tuesday October 31st 2023, at the young age of 56. She is survived by her children Tim (Marie), Zach and Ethan; her 2 grandbabies, Caleb and Olivia, who she loved more than anything; her brother Ronnie, sister Dawn (Jason), boyfriend Steve and so many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Dee Dee will now get to be reunited with her angel Samantha and her dearly missed mother, Sylvia.
I ask that you remember her for her loving, uplifting, caring and compassionate type of spirit she had. If she loved you she would always go out of her way to make sure you knew she loved you. If you knew her, you knew she was always there to listen, willing to laugh or cry with you and if you had her on your side she was willing to fight for you.
She loved her boys and her grandchildren and wasn’t afraid to let you know.
Take comfort in knowing that her journey doesn’t stop here and that she is not alone. She has had a lot of support and a lot of love from a lot of people throughout her life that I hope everyone takes something they loved about her and apply it to their lives and continue her journey.
I would also like to thank the nurses and doctors working tirelessly at GNGH in the ICU to ensure she was comfortable and well taken care of. She appreciated you all.
There will be a celebration of life November 25th, at the Legion in Chippawa (3860 Legion Street) from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. So please everyone come out and show your love.

Sending my condolences and love to the whole family. Deedee was one of the first friends I made in Crystal beach. We were neighbours for 4 years and she was there for me during some tough times. You will be greatly missed and fondly remembered 💕
I am more than just sorry to hear that beautiful Dee Dee was taken from us .Words escape me who ever wrote about her passing I’m guessing it was you Timmy is bang on how you described DeeDee is so perfect .Ever since I met DeeDee many years ago when she was carrying Tim she has been a good friend of mine and although we didn’t keep in close contact when ever we did run into each other you would never no that we hadn’t seen each other sometimes for yrs it was like we had been hanging out everyday As it says once she loved you and considered you a friend it was for life .I feel robbed she was taken far to soon !!!! My thoughts are with all that loved DeeDee and I no she definitely wouldn’t want us all crying and being down she would want us all to celebrate her life to love each other to have lots of laughs about times we all shared with her maybe even to have some drinks dance and just let loose so in celebration of her although I don’t drink anymore that is my plan starting with her celebration of life on the 25th I just put in to have that weekend off work .She would do the same for me!! I love you DeeDee I will never forget you how you would always give me a big hug when we saw each other. You were a angel here on earth now you’ve just been giving the wings. Fly high my beautiful friend I no your happy there with Sammy watch over us all until we meet again in heaven .This world certainly lost a good one!!! Love prayers and many hugs to her family.
