Obituary of Deborah Jane Ioannoni
Deborah Jane Ioannoni (née Soulsby) August 24, 1961 – May 12, 2024Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 62, after a brief illness. Predeceased by her father Robert Soulsby. Beloved wife of Carmine, daughter of Penny Soulsby and sister of Brett Soulsby. Cherished mother of Andy Gienow, Jessie Gienow (Fergie Duncan), Haley Gienow McConnell (Patrick). Stepmother to Tyler LaRose (Beth), Brittany Chambers (Cory), Kelsey Ioannoni and Tanner Ioannoni. Most loving Gramma to Louisa, Joan, Peter, Rowan, Griffin, Emery and Caylee. Aunt to Dylan (Ashley) Soulsby and Aaron (Dasha) Soulsby.
Debbie’s smile and beauty filled whatever room she entered. She loved to laugh, and spend time with family and friends, but most importantly with her grandkids. She enjoyed summers at
her family’s cottage and Florida in March. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.
In keeping with Debbie’s wishes, cremation will take place and arrangements are entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Service. We invite family and friends to attend an open house celebration of Debbie’s life on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 1:00p.m until 4:00 p.m at Stamford Lane United at 3855 St. Peter Street, Niagara Falls. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Stamford Lane United Church.

I send my heart felt condolences to Carm, Penny, Brett and family. Deb and I met when we were 5 years old. She was my first friend when we moved to St. James Ave. I am grateful I was able to visit with her in 2022. Deb, you’ll always be in my heart even though we didn’t see each other much. ????
