Obituary of David Wayne Peck

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden death of David Wayne Peck Sr., on March 25, 2026. David passed away at home in Niagara Falls, Ontario, following a cardiac arrest.

Born on September 4, 1959, in Niagara Falls, Ontario, David spent his life rooted in the community that shaped him. He was the kind of man who could lend a hand, fix what was broken, and lighten the mood with a good laugh. Those who knew him best describe him as passionate, handy, and funny; a combination that made him both dependable and memorable.

He was predeceased by his wife, Sandra Diane, whose memory remained an important part of his life. He is survived by his son, David Alan Jr. (Amber); his daughter, Amanda Lynne (Justin); and his granddaughter, Allison Sandra Wood. His family was central to who he was, and he valued those relationships deeply. David will be fondly remembered by his siblings Bobby Peck, Ronald Peck, Carol Parent, Larry Peck, Carl Peck, Tammy (†Mark) Thomas, Karen Peck, Mark Peck (Amy Layton), Bruce (Erin) Peck and many nieces and nephews. He leaves behind not only loved ones, but also a legacy of strength, warmth, and everyday kindness that will be remembered for years to come.
