Obituary of Clara Rose Rutti
With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Clara Rose Rutti (née Skibicki) on October 16, 2022 at the Welland County General Hospital after complications due to a stroke. She was 85 years old. She is now reunited with her loving husband Carl Rutti. Clara was the devoted mother to Darlene (Rodger), Mary Ann (Bob), Michael and John, cherished grandma to Andrew, Stephanie (Scott), Valerie (Nick), Jesse and Darren (Natalie) and adored great grandma to Molly, Hannah, Brandon, Xander, Willow and Chase.Clara always had a fun-loving and positive attitude. She loved her trips to Niagara Falls where she would escape to the theatre and then head to the slots at the Fallsview Casino and to Sauble Beach just to get away. She enjoyed playing Bingo, being in the presence of her cats and birds, as well as a good cup of tea. Clara had an amazing work ethic and she was always helping others even while being ill herself.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-734-1031) A private family funeral service has taken place. If desired, donations in Clara's memory may be made to a S.P.C.A of your choice.

Clara had a special place in my heart I’ll miss her smile, and I always thought of her as my second mom.
