Obituary of Carol Ann Matthews (née King)
With heavy hearts we announce that Carol Ann Matthews (née King) passed away from covid in the early hours of Friday, January 20, 2023 at Valley Park Lodge. She leaves behind her loving husband of 56 years James "Roy" Matthews, her daughters Cher're Murray (Richard), Joy Chicoski (Mark) and Michelle Matthews. Carol will be greatly missed by her six grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.In keeping with Carol's wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services. The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the entire staff at Valley Park Lodge for their care and compassion over the past ten years. If desired, donations in memory of Carol may be made to the Niagara Falls Humane Society or to Project Share.
