Obituary of Carol Lynn Abell

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and best friend, on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 56. Carol will be forever loved and remembered by her siblings Linda (Ron) Wood and Derek Abell. Special Aunt Carol to: Chris, Ryan, Sean, Kevin, Haydn and Alison. Great-Aunt Carol to Connor, McKenna, Saydi, Quinn and Aubree; all who she loved and adored. She will be greatly missed by her best friend Lisa, a devoted friend that took great care of Carol through the past few months. She will also be missed by her furry cat, Lily. Carol was predeceased by her parents Gerald and Stella, and by her brother Gerry.

Carol will be remembered for her love and devotion to her cats, Panda and Rocky. She was a kind and humorous woman who loved angels and butterflies, not to mention her fun side which enjoyed motorcycles and even riding her own Harley. Truly, our lasting memories of Carol are for her generous heart (to a fault), as she was always giving everything she had to the ones she loved.

Cremation has taken place and arrangements are entrusted with Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-354-2133). A private interment will be held at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be given to the Canadian Cancer Society.
