It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bruce on Thursday, November 22, 2018, at the age of 62. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Brenda. Cherished father of Lindy (Kyle Edwards) and Bruce. Beloved son of Jenny Melanson; and son-in-law of Barbara Bradt. Dear brother of Gord (Connie) Melanson and Hally (Michele), and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Bruce was predeceased by his father Art Melanson (2018) also by his father-in-law Charles Edward Bradt (1994). Bruce was a kind and generous man, who enjoyed helping people. He would often lend a hand to fix TVs for his families; he was a jack of all trades. Together with his wife, Brenda, they owned and operated different businesses, such as restaurants, antique stores and an auction house. He loved being in the comfort of his own home surrounded by his "toys" and loved ones. Bruce will be greatly missed and always remembered. In accordance with Bruce's wishes, cremation has taken place. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be given to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
