Obituary of Bill Diggon
DIGGON, BillSurrounded by the love and support of his family, Bill passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2019, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 70. He will be lovingly remembered by his high school sweetheart and loving wife, Karen. Cherished Dad of Stacey (Patrick) Tchang, Carey (Shane) Benvenuti, Brande (Andrew Soulsby), Parker and Murphy. Step-dad to Rick (Jen) Kinzel and Amanda (Mike) Anderson. Proud Grandpa of Makenzie, Megan, Hannah, Cameron, Emily, Lauren, Victoria, Kennedy, Paige, Lauren and Juliet. Bill will be missed by his siblings Rae Latanville, Cameron Diggon, and their families, also by his fur-babies, Guiseppe and Hogan. Bill was predeceased by his eldest brother, Daniel Diggon. A special thank you to the nurses and the team from Shaver Hospital and the Greater Niagara General Hospital for their exceptional care and support. In accordance with Bill's wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted with Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-354-2133). A Celebration of Bill's Life will be held at Betty's Restaurant, 8921, Sodom Road, Niagara Falls, on Thursday, August 15, 2019, from 2p.m. to 4:30p.m. Memorial donations may be given to the Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital. My deepest sympathies Karen. My heart sunk for you when I was notified of his passing. He was a lovely man and I enjoyed working with him. The whole speech department at Hotel Dieu Shaver sends our condolences.
I am so sorry for your loss. Bill and I were business neighbors for many years. I always enjoyed being in his company and have fond memories of the rounds of golf we played together. He will be missed.

Everyone that knew Bill knows what a tremendous loss this is. He was not only a great employer but he was one I could call my good friend. But I know he’s up there now with that smirk on his face.

Bill was a big part of Ripleys over the years. His wonderfull work can be seen in many Ripleys locations around the work. He will be missed and my heart goes out to all his family !
