Barry William Ward, born on October 8, 1952, passed away on November 25, 2023, at Welland Hospital, at the age of 71. Barry will be deeply missed by his extended family, including his brothers, sisters, children, and grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, Yvette and Chester, Barry leaves behind a legacy of creativity and passion.A master bike builder and designer, Barry gained local renown for his award-winning custom Harley Davidsons. His dedication to his craft was evident in every creation. Barry's love for mechanics extended to teaching his sons about mechanics, ensuring that his passion would carry on. His impact on the biking community and his family will be remembered with gratitude and love.
In keeping with Barry’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held. Arrangements are entrusted with Essentials Cremation and Burial Services. Online condolences may be shared on Barry’s tribute page found at EssentialsNiagara.com.

I’ve known Barry since I was a kid. As I grew older, I babysat his children, and in later years, had friends in common. Barry was always there for me for advice, and great chats. He was always one of my favorite people . I will miss him dearly.

Barry I can’t believe your gone. You were a part of my life since I was a little kid and you would come by the house to visit with my Dad. You were always this big brother that I never had.
