Barbara Georgina Hiller
Barb Hiller; beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2022. She is survived by her three sons: Jeff (Betty), Steve (Angie) and Scott, her three grandchildren: Jonathan (Emily), Meaghan (William), and Travis and her four great-grandsons: Ryden, Lync, Hunter and Isiah. Barb is predeceased by her husband, Jack, two sisters, Isabelle and Gwendolyn, and grandson, Tyson.

She was born Dec 11, 1929 in Prescott, Ontario. She was the daughter of Frederick and Isabelle Bingham. Barb met her late husband Jack Hiller in Kitchener before settling down in Welland with three sons of their own, Jeff, Steve and Scott. After her retirement from the Niagara College Bookstore, Barb became an avid swimmer and golfer. She acquired many friends throughout her life from the curling club to the Sunday morning church gang. Barb would never say no to a good martini or a slice of Rex pizza.

Cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-734-1031). A memorial gathering and celebration of life will take place at a later date.
