Obituary of Audrey Gill Grantham
GRANTHAM, Audrey GillWith the love and support of her family and friends, Audrey passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 31st, 2018 at the NHS- St. Catharines Site, in her 79th year. Beloved wife for 54 years of Denis. Loving mother of John (Andrea Shearer), Sonia (Robert) Wilkinson, and special Gran of Kyle. Audrey was survived by her dear brother Don (Gabrielle) Gill and their family, all from New Zealand. Audrey will be lovingly remembered by her family and long time, loyal friends.
Audrey was well known in the liturgical community for her designs and creations of stoles, wall and pulpit hangings.
She was proud of her creations and was honoured knowing that they are part of many churches throughout Canada and in many countries around the world. A special thank you to the volunteers, nurses and doctors of the Walker Family Cancer Centre, for their comforting care and support. In accordance with Audrey’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of her life will be held in the Oak Room (off the main foyer) at the Best Western Hotel, 6400 Lundy's Lane, Niagara Falls, on Saturday, April 7th 2018 at 12:30pm. Friends are welcome to arrive at 11:45am. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be given to the Walker Family Cancer Centre. Online condolences may be made at www.essentialscbs.com

Our memories of Audrey are of an artistic, strong, intelligent women. Thank you for hosting us all in Canada throughout the years and allowing us to develop a relationship with you. We have also enjoyed having you stay with us in New Zealand.
Don (Dad) always had fond memories and many stories of you growing up together, he enjoyed having banter with you in the latter years. We are all thinking of you, our family in Canada at this difficult time.
